I always dreamed of having a home that I could share with someone special. When I was younger, I used to daydream of the moment I’d be able to finally purchase a home, but as I got older, I realized that it wasn’t as simple as just buying a house.

I had to consider the financial responsibilities I would be taking on. With a loan, there was always a certain degree of risk involved. I didn’t want to take on a loan or put myself in a situation where I was under a lot of pressure. It felt like a never-ending cycle - I felt the pressure to buy a home, but the fear of taking on a loan often kept me from taking the plunge.

That’s when I discovered Homefundme. It was the perfect solution to my problem. With Homefundme, I could invest in a property and build equity in the real estate market in the coming years without taking out a loan. I was ecstatic to find a way to start investing in a dream home while avoiding the risks and pressures that a loan brings.

I’m asking you to join me as I invest in my dream home. With your help, I can start building the future I always dreamed of, and you will have the opportunity to share in the net rental income and property value appreciation.

Your support means more to me than I can express. I’m close to achieving the life I always wanted, and with your help, I believe I can make it a reality. I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity to grow and prove that the homeownership journey doesn’t have to be filled with anxiety and fear. Together, let’s change our lives and make my dream come true!

Features:

In prime Williamsburg sits 190 South 1st Street, a modern and stylish condominium that provides contemporary luxury for its residents. In residence 1B, you will enjoy a spacious layout with blonde hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. Parking spot and storage also available for purchase!

The entry opens up to a bespoke kitchen with sleek dark lacquer cabinetry, matching panel front dishwasher and refrigerator, and a high-end stainless steel range and oven. The space is large enough to accommodate a small dining table that creates a sense of separation from the living and sleeping areas, and a washer/dryer. The gracious living area draws southern light in from the wall of oversized windows. The adjacent sleeping alcove becomes a private sanctuary with ample space for a queen size bed and nightstands. On the opposite side of the home, a hallway leads to a large closet and a spa-like full bathroom with soaking tub and custom vanity. Storage unit is being offered for $15,000.

Why New York?
Here are the latest trends in the NYC real estate market as well as the statewide market. A prolonged scarcity of properties on the market, along with high prices and high mortgage rates, continues to impede the New York housing market. According to the housing report released by the New York State Association of REALTORS®, the number of properties for sale declined for the 37th straight month in year-over-year comparisons, while mortgage rates remain more than double what they were at this time last year.

The number of available properties for sale fell by 12%, from 40,321 in November 2021 to 36,490 this month. In year-over-year comparisons, the months' supply of dwellings stayed unchanged at 3.2 months. Months' supply is the number of months it would take to sell the present inventory of homes at the current sales rate. A balanced market has a supply of six to six and a half months.
Graph depicting the median sale price trend in New York, NY, from 2018 to 2023. The line graph shows two trends: one for New York with prices fluctuating around $800K, indicated in black, and another for the United States overall, with prices around the $400K mark, shown in orange.
