What’s the Acquisition fee?

All of our operational and administrative expenses are covered by the 6% acquisition fee, which also includes the legwork behind the scenes. Our team of experts is working hard to locate properties, do research, underwrite, close, and report, among other things.

What’s the Property management fee?

Day-to-day property management, searching and screening potential owner-occupants, and maintaining and repairing the house so that it remains in excellent condition are all covered by the 8% property management fee.
