Greetings, I am Nadia Hassan, a reflection of the myriad hues of the diverse NYC. Having arrived from Egypt's bustling streets, the city's skyline became a beacon of hope and dreams for my young family. Here, I stand, weaving threads of culture, hope, and Islamic values, yearning for a halal haven in this sprawling urban jungle.

The Beginnings:

My journey was one of aspiration from the Pyramids to the Empire State. With its boundless opportunities, NYC also highlighted the harsh realities of its real estate market. The challenge seemed magnified for a Muslim woman striving to find a space without the burden of interest.

The Vision:

My heart longs for a home echoing with the laughter of my children, intertwining the Pharaoh's legacy with the pulse of NYC. Islamic traditions are upheld in this sanctuary, and interest does not shadow our joy.

The Quest Begins:

Determined, I delved into the world of Sharia-compliant financing. Amid the skyscrapers and broadways, I sought individuals and institutions that resonated with my desire for a riba-free haven.

Your Role:

Join me as we break barriers, merging the essence of the Nile with NYC's heartbeat. By supporting my mission, you're not just cementing bricks but fostering a dream where culture, faith, and ambition converge.

Why It Matters:

Envision a city where every immigrant and believer finds their rightful place, unburdened by financial chains, where homes stand as monuments of faith and determination. Your backing can make this vision a reality, promoting a world where conventional bounds don't limit dreams.

Join My Journey:

I beckon you to embark on this voyage, where horizons expand, and faith finds its footing in foreign lands. By aiding my journey, you're shaping a narrative of resilience, confidence, and inclusivity.

Conclusion:

My deepest gratitude for contemplating this shared path. Let's together pen a tale where dreams take flight, cultures blend, and faith finds a home amidst NYC's vibrant tapestry.

Warm regards,

Nadia Hassan.

Why New York?
Here are the latest trends in the NYC real estate market as well as the statewide market. A prolonged scarcity of properties on the market, along with high prices and high mortgage rates, continues to impede the New York housing market. According to the housing report released by the New York State Association of REALTORS®, the number of properties for sale declined for the 37th straight month in year-over-year comparisons, while mortgage rates remain more than double what they were at this time last year.

The number of available properties for sale fell by 12%, from 40,321 in November 2021 to 36,490 this month. In year-over-year comparisons, the months' supply of dwellings stayed unchanged at 3.2 months. Months' supply is the number of months it would take to sell the present inventory of homes at the current sales rate. A balanced market has a supply of six to six and a half months.

The line graph shows two trends: one for New York with prices fluctuating around $800K, indicated in black, and another for the United States overall, with prices around the $400K mark, shown in orange.
