Ahmed mobarake:

Greetings from the Big Apple! I'm Ahmed Mubarak, a proud African American rooted in NYC's diverse and bustling streets. As life threw its curves, my faith kept me grounded. Now, I invite you to join my quest: from the upheaval of divorce to finding a halal home in the city's heart.

The Challenge:

NYC's hustle can be overwhelming, especially when personal challenges like divorce coincide with the stress of finding a home. As a Muslim, seeking an interest-free, halal space in this vast city presents its unique hurdles.

The Vision:

Amidst the city's skyscrapers, I envision a haven: a home echoing with tranquility, faith, and the rich legacy of African-American Muslim culture—a place where my children can thrive amidst the city lights, anchored in tradition and religion.

The Journey Begins:

Determined, I've ventured into NYC's intricate real estate scene, seeking halal financing solutions. Alongside, I've connected with fellow believers sharing similar aspirations. Together, we're determined to craft resilient, faith, and community narratives.

Why Your Support Matters:

This mission transcends personal ambition. By supporting my endeavor, you're fostering a movement. A movement emphasizing faith-based stability post-divorce, right here in NYC. Your contribution can ignite change for many more in our community.

In Conclusion:

Let's unite, weaving stories of faith and perseverance amidst NYC's dynamic backdrop. From the turbulence of separation to the solace of a halal haven, your backing is invaluable. Here's to forging stability paths with NYC's iconic skyline watching over us.

Warmly,

Ahmed Mubarak.

Why New York?
Here are the latest trends in the NYC real estate market as well as the statewide market. A prolonged scarcity of properties on the market, along with high prices and high mortgage rates, continues to impede the New York housing market. According to the housing report released by the New York State Association of REALTORS®, the number of properties for sale declined for the 37th straight month in year-over-year comparisons, while mortgage rates remain more than double what they were at this time last year.

The number of available properties for sale fell by 12%, from 40,321 in November 2021 to 36,490 this month. In year-over-year comparisons, the months' supply of dwellings stayed unchanged at 3.2 months. Months' supply is the number of months it would take to sell the present inventory of homes at the current sales rate. A balanced market has a supply of six to six and a half months.
Graph depicting the median sale price trend in New York, NY, from 2018 to 2023. The line graph shows two trends: one for New York with prices fluctuating around $800K, indicated in black, and another for the United States overall, with prices around the $400K mark, shown in orange.
