Home Fundriser labels

Here are some brief descriptions and definitions of the various Home fundriser labels you will find in the platform.

Offering status labels

Reserve

When you make a reservation to invest, that series LLC is currently in the "Testing The Waters (TTW)" phase of their home fundraiser. This means they are taking pledges to gauge if they would have a successful raise. It is essential to understand that reservations are non-binding and do not guarantee anything such as getting into the fundraiser, early bird terms, etc.

For a TTW fundraise, the invest page will initiate a HomeFundMe Cash transfer, drawing funds from an investor's saved bank, provide wire instructions on how to transfer money to your HomeFundMe Cash account, or do a pre-authorization of your card. When the fundraiser goes live, you will be asked to confirm the reservation, and payment will be applied.

Invest

Once the series Llc for the home fundraiser completes the legal paperwork and the campaign goes live, you will receive an email from hello@Homefundme.com asking you to confirm your reservation. The email will direct you to the page where you can confirm it!

When you see the "Invest" label, the Home fundriser is in its initial offering stage, where investors can purchase shares from the new series until all of the shares on offer have sold.

Waiting

Once the initial series of shares have all sold, the Home Fundriser will usually display the "Waiting for Trading" label. At this stage, investors can place buy and sell orders, but they will remain pending until the HomeFundMe team finalizes the process to transition the property into HomeFundMe trading mode.

Trading

The trading label means the property home fundriser actively trades on the HomeFundMe platform. You can buy or sell any available property shares on the HomeFundMe marketplace.
